This class is all about building full body strength. The Mobility Sticks are fantastic tools to use for static, yielding and overcoming isometrics. In this class all of the major muscles will be targeted in a challenging way. This class combines yoga, pilates, and dynamic isometrics utilizing the Sticks. One of the awesome things about Isometric training is that it produces almost zero muscle soreness, unlike the process of repetitively training under loads or with concentric and eccentric movements.. This class is for those who don’t like working out with weights, as well as those that do, but who have built up muscular imbalances from traditional weight training.
